| Professionals' Choice uses team cleaning. A regular cleaning team is established in your home. Your assigned team is familiar with your home and your needs, and in return, you are familiar with your cleaning team.
We typically have three maids per cleaning team. As a safety rule, we never send one individual to a home.
Professionals' Choice uses a rigid employee screening process to ensure the highest quality personnel. We use previous employment reference checks, criminal background checks, including sex crimes, and drug screening.
Each team has a supervisor who is the team's spokesperson. She is in charge of on-site customer relations, assigning cleaning duties within the team, quality control, and accepting payment.
All employees are mandated to speak English. This policy ensures high-quality on-site communication.
